The Cooks are generally responsible for leadership and coordination of all kitchen meals, cleanup and special needs. They will gain the knowledge of the basics of food preparation and service. Experience in food preparation is preferred.
Summer Positions at Trout work (Memorial Day through the end of August). Some minor accommodations can be made for time off on a case-by-case basis.
Attendance at our Summer Training is required for this position. (Memorial Day through Middle of June)
