Our departments include program, office, food services, guest relations, housekeeping, maintenance, Apostleship Program and more. All of these are crucial to the life-changing camp ministry at Trout. Current Open Positions
Site Director - The Point
The Site Director at The Point is a key member of the program leadership team. The person in this position works with the Executive Director and Leadership Team in the behind-the-scenes planning, up-front leadership and coordination of all programmed camps, retreats, and activities at Trout Lake Camps with particular emphasis on summer programming at The Point. This person also supervises staff and volunteers assigned. This is a full-time ministry position, in which our heart, commitment, and attitude of reflecting Jesus should be evident to staff and guests. Safe, Fun, Gospel is the foundation of the Trout experience. The Site Director - The Point is directly accountable to the Executive Director.

Housekeeping Team
This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits that is directly accountable to our Housekeeping Manager. Depending on the time of year, our Housekeeping Team member will clean as well as complete minor repairs of facilities in one or more of Trout’s camps: Wild Woods, The Point or Timber Ridge.
This position will also occasionally act as a bus driver. Requiring a CDL with passenger endorsement, non-air break, driver’s license for driving bus (training and fees provided if needed).
The person in this position will also help in the supervision of Apostleship, seasonal, weekend and summer staff as necessary.

Program Director - The Point
The Program Director at The Point is a key member of the program leadership team. Apostleship Program (Internships)
This is a 12 to 15 month salaried position with benefits that is directly accountable to our Apostleship Director as well as Department Heads. You can choose to work as a general apostleship staff working in areas all around Trout, or you can focus on specific departments, such as kitchen, office, program, housekeeping, or facilities. This program is a great introduction to working in ministry.
The Apostleship Program includes weekly hands-on leadership and Bible training sessions, as well as a 12 day trip to Israel. During the summer months Apostleship staff fill summer staff positions.
