You love Jesus. You trust the Bible as God's Word. And you don't just want a "summer job" where you punch in and punch out. You want to develop your skills, grow in your walk with Christ in an awesome community of peers who can support and encourage you.
This is an entry-level, summer-only role. Successful housekeepers and janitors must demonstrate the ability to work independently and complete all assigned tasks on their lists. An initiative to learn, grow, balance multiple tasks, and meet daily responsibilities is required in this role.
When you join the Trout Lake Camps summer staff, our prayer is that you will grow spiritually in your walk with Jesus, your leadership will be sharper, & that you'll see a connection between your work and the work that God does in the lives of campers. Safe. Fun. Gospel. is the hallmark of the Trout staff experience.
Summer Positions at Trout work (Memorial Day through the end of August). Some minor accommodations can be made for time off on a case-by-case basis.
